Tim Adams
Managing Director
With a strong background in Chemical Engineering and Technology, and trained by Intel and Microsoft, Tim is expertly equipped to manage both the operational and strategic sides of All Systems Go Ltd. Driven by a love of adventure, he approaches both life and work with curiosity and energy. Technology, in particular, fascinates him: “When it doesn’t work, which is pretty often for most tech, I enjoy finding the why and making it better.”
Tim’s approach to leadership combines technical expertise with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset. His colleagues know him as someone who thrives on challenges, whether it’s tackling complex projects or finding ways to improve systems and processes across the business.
Before his business career, Tim was a professional bodybuilder in New Zealand, demonstrating dedication, discipline, and a commitment to excellence; qualities he continues to bring to his work today. These days, he channels his adventurous spirit into sailing, having taken on the ambitious task of being a Captain. Alongside sailing, Tim enjoys a wide range of active pursuits, including tennis, golf, jet ski racing, skiing, Pilates, fishing, and learning Te Reo Māori.
Valerie Adams
Director/CEO, Food Safety Solutions Team
Valerie holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business (Quality Management) from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) from the University of Canterbury. She brings over 30 years of experience in the food services industry, combining technical expertise with strategic leadership.
Throughout her career, Valerie has worked with Australasia’s largest food manufacturers and the UK’s leading speciality French bread producers, providing guidance on compliance, quality, and operational excellence. She has also served as the Food Safety Team Director at All Systems Go, where she oversees the development of food safety programmes across a wide range of operations. Valerie is widely recognised as a leader in food auditing, consultancy, and regulatory compliance.
Passionate about food, safety, and people, Valerie’s early career in QA laboratories and staff training laid the foundation for her expertise in managing teams, mentoring auditors, and supporting food businesses to achieve practical, high-standard results. With Valerie, businesses benefit from a rare combination of technical precision, operational insight, and genuine care, ensuring they are not just in capable hands, but in the very best of hands.
Wayne Innes
IT Operations Manager
Wayne brings a practical, people-first approach to IT leadership. With extensive experience across managed services and enterprise environments, he focuses on building reliable systems, clear processes, and high-performing teams that deliver meaningful results.
At the heart of Wayne’s approach is building strong, trusted relationships. He has led teams through change, improved service performance, and strengthened operational maturity, always with trust and communication at the forefront.
After completing his OE and travelling overseas, Wayne returned home to New Zealand, where he now enjoys life with his family. He remains actively involved in the local community through sport and coaching, reflecting his belief in teamwork both on and off the field.
Matthew Perkins
Client Engagement Manager
Matty started working in IT because he likes fixing things and helping people. His role combines 30 Years of IT knowledge with strong people skills, where he’s equally comfortable solving technical problems and leading our IT technical team.
Certified in Microsoft, Apple, and Novell systems, Matty thrives in roles that allow him to blend technical skill with communication and guidance. His colleagues and clients alike appreciate his approachable, patient style and his ability to make even complex IT issues feel manageable.
Outside of work, Matty trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a martial art and combat sport and after 15 Years of training, he is a 1st Degree Black Belt instructor. He says it’s a sport that satisfies his need for physical challenge and technical learning and keeps him engaged and curious.
Andrew Nesham
Senior Systems Engineer
A self-confessed “IT guy all my life,” Andrew’s passion lies in using technology to make people’s lives easier and more efficient. His dedication to this mission is evident in his 15-year tenure at All Systems Go, a testament to how perfectly his values align with the company’s.
Andrew is known for his thoughtful problem-solving and hands-on approach. Whether it’s streamlining systems, troubleshooting complex issues, or innovating practical solutions, he applies his technical expertise with care and precision.
Outside of work, Andrew channels his energy into looking after his two rabbits, Freddie and Nunny creating a temperature monitoring system for their bespoke environment.
Michael Henderson
Senior Support Engineer
Michael is a trusted and highly experienced member of our IT team, recognised for his calm approach under pressure and deep technical expertise. With years of frontline support behind him, he has knowledge of a wide range of systems and platforms. This makes him a versatile and dependable go-to for everything from hardware troubleshooting to network challenges and day-to-day user support.
Known for his reliability and approachable nature, Michael is often the reassuring voice on the other end of the line and the quiet force behind the scenes ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Outside of work, Michael is a proud uncle, bringing the same patience, good humour, and dedication to family life as he does to every support ticket.
Lauren Howe
Support Engineer
Born, bred and based in Auckland’s Papakura, Lauren is one of the rising stars of the All Systems Go IT Solutions team. With a Diploma in IT Technical Support already under her belt, she is currently expanding her expertise by studying toward a Diploma in System Administration. Lauren also holds industry-recognised certifications with Datto and Intel, further strengthening her technical knowledge and capabilities.
Beyond the office, Lauren’s passion for technology continues. She enjoys building custom PCs and can often be found at the local arcade, testing her reflexes on rhythm games. This mix of professional dedication and personal enthusiasm makes her a valuable and well-rounded member of the team and someone who brings both expertise and energy to every project.
Craig Pilott
Senior Operations Engineer
With deep industry experience, Craig is a highly skilled IT specialist who brings a wealth of knowledge across complex systems and environments. His breadth of expertise allows him to provide strategic insight as well as practical delivery, making him a trusted resource for discovering scalable solutions.
Having worked across a wide range of systems, platforms and hardware; Craig has developed a strong background covering infrastructure, networking, software development and more.
He thrives in dynamic environments, bringing hands-on expertise in building and maintaining complex IT solutions while adapting quickly to new technologies and challenges.

Pasan David
Support Technician
The newest member of our IT team! Pasan brings a practical and hands-on approach to supporting client environments. He works across a wide range of systems and services, helping to resolve issues, strengthen configurations, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
He is always willing to step in and get things sorted, Pasan plays an important role in supporting the team and ensuring our clients continue to receive reliable, high-quality service. Pasan is our after business hours support, assisting clients with their IT enquiries.

Nadya Nimmo
Senior Verifier & Quality Manager
Nadya is an MPI‑recognised Verifier under the Food Act 2014 and the Quality Manager at All Systems Go Auditing Ltd. She takes a partnership‑based approach to verification, focusing on constructive, fair, and practical outcomes that help food businesses meet their obligations with confidence and minimal stress.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the food industry, Nadya has worked across fresh produce, processed meats, food service, and food manufacturing. She has held senior roles in both industry and auditing organisations, giving her a strong understanding of food safety systems from both operational and regulatory perspectives.
At All Systems Go Auditing, she conducts MPI Food Control Plan and National Programme verifications and undertakes HACCP audits for food and food packaging operators, supporting the development of robust, practical, and compliant food safety systems.
Shelley Adams
Senior Verifier & Technical Manager
Shelley Adams is a senior leader and MPI-recognised Verifier under the Food Act 2014, responsible for overseeing compliance, quality, and operational excellence across all food auditing services. She ensures food businesses operate safely, efficiently, and in line with New Zealand’s regulatory requirements.
With over 25 years’ experience across fresh produce, processed foods, food service, and manufacturing, Shelley has deep expertise in HACCP, MPI Food Control Plans, National Programmes, and international standards including ISO 17020 and ISO 9001. Her experience allows her to bridge the gap between practical food operations and compliance frameworks.
At All Systems Go Auditing Ltd, Shelley leads HACCP audits, Food Control Plan evaluations, and quality assurance services. Known for her collaborative approach, she supports businesses in strengthening food safety practices, fostering continuous improvement, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Rachel Payne
Document Control Advisor
Rachel is the Document Control Advisor at All Systems Go Auditing, where she provides support to the company’s food auditing operations. Her role involves maintaining document control procedures and auditing systems ensuring documents are created, reviewed, approved, accessible, and archived in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
Rachel assists with the preparation and support of internal and external audits and supports the Auditing Team by setting up documentation and monitors and maintaining records, spreadsheets, and registers.
Greg Davis
Verifier
Greg holds a New Zealand Certificate in Food Science from Auckland University of Technology. He brings over 25 years of experience in quality assurance, combining scientific expertise with practical leadership in food safety and compliance.
Throughout his career, Greg has worked across microbiology and chemistry laboratories, achieving laboratory NAMAS accreditation for HPLC analysis in the UK, and has served as Quality Manager for New Zealand’s largest private beverage manufacturer. This extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of food safety systems, regulatory requirements, and operational quality management.
Greg specialises in Custom Food Control Plans, MPI Risk Management Programmes, 2nd party audits, labelling compliance, and delivering tailored training for food and beverage operators. He is particularly recognised for his comprehensive knowledge of labelling standards, helping businesses navigate complex regulatory requirements while ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
Greg has prepared all documentation for numerous new businesses to ensure a successful evaluation before registration of their Custom Food Control Plan or Risk Management Programme.
With a focus on practical application and continuous improvement, Greg supports food and beverage operators to strengthen their systems, maintain compliance, and achieve high-quality outcomes with confidence.
Nicola Kinzett
Verifier
Nicola holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Canterbury and brings over 25 years of technical and quality experience in the beverage industry. She brings extensive experience and a thoughtful, professional approach to food safety verification. She works closely with food businesses to ensure they meet the requirements of the Food Act 2014, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident in their systems.
With a strong understanding of Food Control Plans and National Programmes, Nicola carries out verifications across a diverse range of food operations. She is known for her clear communication, practical guidance, and ability to translate regulatory requirements into real-world, manageable practices.
As a Verifier at All Systems Go Auditing, Nicola also contributes to maintaining high auditing standards, supporting consistency, and upholding the company’s values of professionalism, integrity, and trust
Sarah Fell
Verifier
Sarah brings extensive experience and a calm, professional approach to food safety verification. She works closely with food businesses to ensure they meet the requirements of the Food Act 2014 while feeling supported, informed, and confident in their systems.
With a strong understanding of Food Control Plans and National Programmes, Sarah carries out evaluations and verifications across a wide range of food operations. She is known for her clear communication style, practical guidance, and ability to explain requirements in a way that is easy to understand and apply.
As a Senior Verifier, Sarah also plays a key role in maintaining high auditing standards, supporting consistency, and upholding the values of professionalism, integrity, and trust that All Systems Go Auditing is known for.

Victoria Woods
Executive Administrator | Victoria
Victoria is the reliable backbone of our team, known for her attention to detail, strategic mindset, and calm efficiency. She keeps operations running smoothly through executive support, project coordination, and day-to-day office management.
Her thoughtful approach to organisation and layout creates a workspace that’s both functional and welcoming. With a knack for anticipating needs and juggling priorities, Victoria ensures people and projects stay aligned.
Warm, approachable, and professional, she fosters a supportive team culture. Outside work, Victoria enjoys mahjong, cooking, reading, creative home projects, and time with loved ones—bringing the same focus and care to everything she does.
Sylvia Zheng
Administration Assistant
Born in Tianjin, China, Sylvia moved to New Zealand in the late 1990s. She attended Macleans College and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Auckland University.
Sylvia has held administration roles in both New Zealand and China, bringing a wealth of organisational and logistical experience to her work. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensure the administration runs smoothly, from coordinating staff schedules to managing office resources and supporting day-to-day operations.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese, Sylvia often uses her language skills to support communication across teams and clients. In her spare time, she enjoys ‘unofficially’ translating and exploring internet memes in different languages which is a playful reflection of her curiosity and love of cross-cultural connections.
