Raymond has a Bachelor in Food Science and Technology. He has Lead Auditor qualifications in Food Safety System Certification 22000 and the corresponding ISO's in management systems 9001, 14000 and 18000.
Raymond has over 25 years in the quality circle (including, but not limited to QC & QA systems) in a diverse range of food products including seafood, meat, pastry and dessert & multi categories of non-alcoholic ready-to drink (NARTD) beverages from sparkling to still waters, coffee and tea, energy and sports hydratio, juice and dairy.
Raymond is accustomed to the corporate world of market leading brands including Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Quick Service Restaurants (QSR); Suppliers of Ingredients and Packaging, International Accredited Certification Bodies (for ISO and FSSC standards), and International Certified Laboratories.
Culturally diverse with strong EQ elements for continual improvement Raymond is a specialist in HACCP and Food Safety systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Auditing effectiveness management and supplier assurance and partnership through the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) scheme with effective auditing to foster food safety culture within the supplier and producer.
